The house has an refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, coffee maker and blender, full size washer and drier, solar hot water and a one of a kind dining room table with 8 chairs, all made of
exotic hardwood. The house sleeps 10, so it could be a large family getaway or even a B and B. It has a separate 1 bedroom caretaker´s cottage, and the whole property has an 8 foot high chain link fence, so it´s very secluded and secure.
